Scott Vandenboss

Scott began his career in property management in 1985 as an on-site maintenance staff worker, and was quickly promoted to an on-site Resident Manager—a role he embraced for several years. As he grew into larger communities he was brought into the management office of Medallion Management, Inc., as a Property Manager responsible for overseeing approximately ten communities. Two years later it was twenty-seven apartment communities and one condominium association, The Cloisters. As his titles and management responsibilities climbed the ladder, by 1995 he was hired as the Managing Agent of Parkview Hills Management LLC, the company behind Kalamazoo’s premiere, innovative community. His dream was realized in February 2005, when he was offered the opportunity to purchase the assets and become the sole owner. Through the many years of Property Management, Scott has honed his skills and added accreditations, including Associate Broker’s license, Certified Manager of Housing, and Certified Manager of Maintenance.
