Since the 1970s, we have led the charge for sustainability in connected living, delivering quality property management services for condominium and homeowner associations.

Parkview Hills Management Company finds its roots in its namesake—the property development and management firm established by Dr. H. Lewis Batts and Burton H. Upjohn approximately 50 years ago, through which they created their iconic vision of an eco-sensitive, holistic community development. Under the ownership and leadership of Scott Vandenboss—who joined the evolving company in the 1990s, and became its sole owner in 2005—the property management company has expanded far beyond the Parkview Hills footprint, and now serves dozens of homeowner associations, apartment communities, and condominium associations.

For over thirty years Scott has continued and expanded the original philosophy, to the governance and post-development needs of a community—not only Parkview Hills, but many other area homeowner associations. He’s spent the core of his professional life and energy helping ensure sustainability for connected communities—be they apartment communities, or more commonly condominium associations.
